Honestly, I get why the US wants to crack down on drug cartels, but labeling the Venezuelan government as a terrorist organization seems like a huge escalation. Sanctions usually end up hurting ordinary Venezuelans way more than the elites in power, and they rarely lead to real democratic reforms. If the US actually cares about democracy and human rights, they should support dialogue and humanitarian aid, not just slap on more sanctions. This just feels like old-school interventionism that never really works out.

Yet another example of how communist regimes like Maduro’s always end up fueling crime, corruption, and chaos—sanctions are the least they deserve.

This is just more imperialist propaganda and economic warfare from the US to undermine Venezuela's sovereignty and try to topple a socialist government they can't control.

Classic move by the US—slap the "terrorist" label on anyone who doesn’t play by Washington’s rules, especially if they’re standing up to imperialist pressure. Funny how the US is suddenly so concerned about crime and drugs in Venezuela, but turns a blind eye to its own allies’ abuses. This is just another excuse to justify sanctions that hurt ordinary Venezuelans way more than the elites. If the US actually cared about stability, they’d stop meddling and let the Venezuelan people decide their own future.

Here we go again with the U.S. playing world police and using sanctions that usually end up hurting regular people more than the corrupt leaders. Maybe if we focused on ending the drug war at home and respected other countries' sovereignty, we'd see better results.
